Panda3dp.com’s Introduction:The rising star of 3D printing filament manufacturing, Suzhou IPCON, has once again made headlines with the release of new products over the past few months. On October 30, 2025, Panda3dp.com learned that the technology-driven company has unveiled two new industrial-grade nylon filaments — PA6 CF (carbon fiber reinforced) and PA6 GF (glass fiber reinforced). Following its earlier launches of TPU, PPA, PLA, PC, and PAHT series materials this year, IPCON continues to expand its product portfolio with materials that push performance boundaries. These two new reinforced PA6 filaments embody IPCON’s uncompromising commitment to quality — combining the rigidity of steel with the resilience of impact-resistant polymers, raising the bar for fiber-reinforced nylon materials.
1. High Strength and Heat Resistance with Minimal Warping Through proprietary carbon and glass fiber reinforcement technologies, IPCON PA6 CF and PA6 GF exhibit exceptional stiffness, strength, and heat resistance — with heat deflection temperatures reaching 197°C and 191°C, respectively. This delivers a substantial leap in the mechanical performance of printed parts. More impressively, IPCON’s unique formulation effectively addresses PA6’s notorious warping issue. With a simple adhesive coating, large components can be printed without a heated chamber, while maintaining excellent surface finish. These properties make the materials ideal for high-strength, heat-resistant components used in dry environments that also demand good aesthetics — such as dehydrator trays, air fryer handles, and hairdryer nozzles.
2. Superior Layer Adhesion and Impact Toughness By applying a proprietary interlayer bonding enhancement technology, IPCON has endowed the highly rigid PA6 CF and PA6 GF with outstanding layer adhesion and impact resistance. In fact, the PA6 GF formulation achieves several times the interlayer strength compared with competing products.
3. Automatic Feeding and Ultra-Fast Printing Both filaments are fully compatible with Bambu Lab P1S, H2D, and other enclosed CoreXY 3D printers. They support AMS, CFS, and other automatic feeding and spool-change systems, enabling ultra-fast “beast mode” printing — with infill speeds reaching up to 300 mm/s, dramatically improving production efficiency. The PA6 GF variant comes in four industrial colors — black, white, gray, and red — to meet multi-color application needs in professional settings.
Overall Performance The IPCON PA6 CF and PA6 GF filaments deliver a remarkable combination of high stiffness, heat resistance, layer adhesion, and impact toughness, all while maintaining low warpage and superior surface quality even in large prints. These all-around performance traits make them true “hexagonal warriors” — materials that excel across every dimension of engineering-grade performance. Both products are now available on IPCON’s official Taobao store, where a two-month launch promotion offers a 15% discount for purchases of three or more rolls — bringing the prices down to CNY221/kg (PA6 CF) and CNY195.5/kg (PA6 GF).
